albert dock
The development at Albert Dock provides regeneration of the area on a site which was in desperate need of redevelopment. The development creates a neighbourhood design of 43 townhouses of simple building forms around a perimeter, reminiscent of former dockside industrial buildings and reinforces the urban fabric. The development creates bookend elements on street corners to create 3D forms addressing the public space and provides frontage to main aspects along Albert Dock and Ocean Drive.
The development was completed in December 2014.
