The project is a large masterplan for the southern expansion of Armadale. Southdale has already provided a range of new amenities for the local community, including a supermarket. primary school, private nursery and pub restaurant.

We are now working towards submitting Planning applications for the next phase of development including 270 additional new homes comprising of 65 affordable homes and amenity housing for over 55’s for rent. A variety of private housing including starter homes, bungalows, 2 and 3-bedroom, terraced, semi-detached and detached houses and a neighbourhood centre.
