The project is a residential development of 33 flatted dwellings in a converted Victorian school in the West End of Glasgow.

The development is at the Former Balshagray School, it offers the opportunity to provide necessary housing within the city limits, close to local amenities and the local transport network. It includes the conversion of the listed school building into 33 flats, formation of 2 flats in the existing hub building, and the demolition of the existing swimming pool building, attached former janitor’s house and timber outhouse. The new apartments are located on the western edge of the site to complete the existing urban block.

We are currently working on Phase 2 – a contemporary new build block next door which is due for completion autumn 2018.
